Francine is a consultant specializing in pharmaceutical drug development. Using her vast experience in preclinical and early clinical development, she has served as an advisor for several entities such as the Ministère du développement économique du Québec as well as the Business Development Bank of Canada. Prior to this, she held the position of Senior VP of Pharmaceutical Development at PainCeptor, a position she held from 1997-2005. She started her career at NeuroChem, eventually reaching the position of VP Research and Development. She has also conducted research at the Institut Pasteur in Paris and at NYU Medical School. She holds a PhD in microbiology and immunology from University of Montréal and a postdoctoral fellowship in immuno-hematology at Sacré-Coeur Hospital.
