Alexia is an analyst for the fund. As such, she supports the Partners in prospect investments, but also in portfolio management through due-diligence efforts, market research and scientific literature review. She participates in company valuation and is involved in corporate strategy and marketing efforts for the fund. Prior to joining AmorChem, Alexia acquired pharma industry experience and was selected from among 100 candidates for Pharmascience’s Next Generation Leaders summer internship program. During her time there, she got the opportunity to work on an interdisciplinary corporate project and offer recommendations and innovative solutions on a real business issue to the executive committee.
Alexia holds a BSc in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Montreal, as well a Specialized Graduate Degree (DÉSS) in market access and pharmacoeconomics. In 2021, she obtained an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Development, for which she conducted fieldwork on the applicability of Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment in the early stages of the drug development process.
